By hiring our private chef, you can entertain friends and family without having to concern yourself with the food. We use your kitchen to cook, then serve when you are ready. After you and your guests have finished dining, we wash and tidy up, and leave your kitchen shinier than when we arrived.

About Us
Leslie Adams, chef and owner of Sanibel Captiva Catering, LLC, had a popular restaurant, Rosie’s Deli, on Sanibel where, while serving up delicious foodstuffs daily, she began to cater, and provide private chef services. Meanwhile, the restaurant was voted “Best of the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva” five years in a row, and also won the “Taste of the Island” award. After six years, Leslie sold the Deli to devote her energy and talent to providing superior catering and private chef services. Leslie expanded her expertise, techniques, and repertoire recently by attending classes at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
